Our Community Relations
Melita T Development Inc. embraces its corporate social responsibility. Our commitment to consistently ‘giving back’ to the community is what distinguishes us from our competitors. At Melita T Development Inc. we recognize the importance of our contributions, by making a difference in the lives of so many. Our focus continues to be the upliftment of the surrounding neighborhoods, in an effort to foster good relationships with various community leaders, as together we work to build robust and thriving communities. We take seriously the role we play in helping to mold our communities into model areas to live, work, play and conduct business.
As part of our drive and dynamism for the cause, Melita T Development Inc. sponsored the Richmond Heights Home Owners Association Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony in December 2007 and again for the festive season in 2008. Our contribution assisted the association with offsetting costs for the refreshments, among other things which helped to make this annual event successful and memorable.
In the spirit of thanksgiving, Melita T Development Inc. donated turkeys to churches within the Richmond Heights community, in honor of their 2008 Thanksgiving activities.
Additionally, we donated a number of trophies as an event sponsor for the Richmond Heights Dwayne Wade Basketball Competition hosted at the Miami Dade Parks/Sergeant Joseph Delaney Park in 2007. Melita T Development Inc., in an effort to solidify our commitment to community development by generating new local jobs, in September 2008 invited the Florida Work Force to screen and interview community members for new jobs associated with the upcoming Aranha Palms project.
One of our most extraordinary endeavors will be the remarkable beautification project which is geared at enhancing the community with the introduction of palm trees, sidewalks, a public park and water fountain, upon completion of the Aranha Palms development. The entire community will be able to enjoy the enhanced environment and exquisite ambience.
