At Melita-T Development Inc. we recognize the importance of keeping our clients in the loop and so we encourage open communication; welcome your questions and invite you to share feedback, before, during and after the construction of your dream home. Your comfort is our number one priority and we have seven simple steps to keep you satisfied.

 

1. Getting to Know You and Your Needs

 

Because getting to know you and your needs is important to us, this is the foremost fundamental step, where we introduce you to the Melita T team. This core group of professionals will guide you through all the building phases as well as answer any queries you may have about the construction process.

2. Review of Ground Rules

 

A member of the Melita T team will take the time to go through with you a complete review of the finer details of your home. At this point your selection of optional features will be confirmed and any questions you may have, before the installation of the drywalls will be answered.

3. Quality Verification

 

A representative of the Melita T team will perform a quality control test to ensure that everything in your new home is functional, in pristine condition and exudes the luxurious quality we stand by. During this check, your home is thoroughly cleaned before it is handed over.

4. Orientation Tour

 

Just before handing over your completed home a representative from the Melita T team will take you on a guided tour to highlight the various features of your home and explain all operating procedures.

5. Preliminary Check Up

 

Approximately 30 days after you have moved into your new dream home, the Melita T team will follow up with you by email, letter, phone call or a visit to ensure that all is well.

6. Secondary Check Up

 

Approximately 3 months after your closing a representative from the Melita T team will schedule a courtesy service visit to reinforce our commitment to home owner satisfaction.

7. 11-Month Check Up

 

In our continued effort to deliver optimum service excellence, a representative from the Melita T team will 11 months later schedule a visit, discuss any concerns and answer questions that you may have.
