Melita T Development Inc. is excited to unveil its latest development project, the Aranha Palms situated in the Richmond Heights community of South Florida in the Miami Dade County. We are committed to providing affordable housing combined with luxury living.
At our official Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Aranha Palms project held in November 2007, the wheels of creation were put in motion for this spectacular undertaking. The journey has been extraordinary and continues to unfold as we look forward to construction early in 2009.
